Your assembly elders can help with the signature and seal. For anything about registration itself — a correction, a lost Reg ID, or trouble uploading — the AYC team will answer directly.

Registration is confirmed ONLY after the signed form and assembly seal are received.

On-spot registrations are not entertained — please register in advance. Fully filled forms must be received at Madipakkam Christian Assembly on or before 26 Dec 2026.

How registration works

    Fill this form once. You get your Reg ID the moment you submit.

  2. Step 2
    Download your form

    Your registration form comes back pre-filled — nothing to copy out by hand.

  3. Step 3
    Sign it

    The camper and a parent or guardian both sign the printed form.

  4. Step 4
    Assembly seal

    Your assembly elder signs it and applies the assembly seal.

  5. Step 5
    Hand in by 26 Dec 2026

    Give the signed, sealed form in at Madipakkam Christian Assembly — or photograph it and upload it from your status page.

  6. Step 6
    Approved

    The AYC team verifies it. Your place is confirmed only at this point.
